So I have this love hate relationship with Hurricane. But things I love about where I come from, it is January and in the same week I can go hiking in short sleeves which felt amazing! Then the next day, snow boarding. Best of both worlds, right? I also love that only growing up where and how I did would makes it totally and completely normal to spend a Friday night at the arena roping. Straight up I'm small town, Southern Utah Girl. Proud of it.

Where in the World?
Where in the World will I be in six months from now.. I have no idea, and it's all I can think about! My call has been assigned, should be coming in the mail this week, although I will be in Hawaii so I will patiently wait for a week before opening it while it just sits say safe and sound in the mailbox while my mind goings crazy thinking of where. If my sources are correct there is 344 possible missions to be sent to..
It is going to be Tuscan AZ, Houston TX Spanish speaking, will I be living in a hut on some Island, giving people tours around martin's cove, freezing my but off in Russia, or getting fat off all the amazing carbs that Europe has to offer, all of which i do not know. But excited to find out.. because i will go and do wherever he wants me to, just hope it's warm :)

.2011.
I always enjoy New Years, a moment in time where you can't help but think of where you have been and where you are going. 2010 was eventful and unforgettable. But 2011 is looking exciting and promising!
This is the year to..
-Increase my knowledge of the gospel
-sky dive
-take the stairs, unless over five floors, I'm not gonna get crazy
-Keep a journal longer than just the first two weeks of the year
-Keep going to the Temple weekly
-Hand stand pull ups, kind of far fetch but I'm getting closer!
-Better my eating habit (notice no specifics on this, there is that much room for improvement)
"Keep your eyes on your dreams, however distant and far away. Live to see the miracles of repentance and forgiveness, of trust and divine love that will transform your life today, tomorrow, and forever. That is a New Year’s resolution I ask you to keep."
